UGC / Photo Release & “Who Wore It Best” Contest Rules

These rules govern participation in MEALLDAY’s “Who Wore It Best” photo contest and any submission of user-generated content. By submitting content, you agree to these rules, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN, and a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older. Void where prohibited. Employees and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
2. How to Enter & Content Standards
Submit a photo of yourself wearing a MEALLDAY product through the method identified on our Site, with the requested information (name and valid email). Submissions must not contain nudity or sexually explicit, obscene, hateful, defamatory, harassing, or unlawful content; depict anyone under 18; infringe anyone’s IP, privacy, or publicity rights; display third-party brands other than MEALLDAY; or depict illegal or unsafe conduct.
3. Your Warranties
You are 18+ and the owner of the content (or have all rights to submit it and grant the license below); you are the person shown (or every identifiable person is 18+ and consented); the content is original and infringes no rights; and no payment is due to any third party for our use.
4. License Grant and Media Release
You grant MEALLDAY a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, adapt, edit, crop, and create derivative works from your content, with your first name, social handle, and likeness, for advertising, marketing, and promotion across all media, including our website, email, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and paid advertising. Credit is not guaranteed. You release MEALLDAY and its partners from claims arising from such use, including defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, and emotional distress, and waive any right to inspect or approve the final use. We are not obligated to use your content.
5. Ownership & Revoking Consent
You retain copyright ownership; this is a license, not a transfer. To stop future use, email hello@meallday.com with details identifying the content; we will make commercially reasonable efforts to stop future use and remove it from channels we control, but may be unable to recall content already printed, shared, reposted, or in circulating paid advertising.
6. Voting
Voting is by email; no account is required. Each promotion states the voting period and limits. Bots, fake or multiple emails, vote-buying, and manipulation are prohibited and may cause disqualification. We may verify votes and disqualify fraudulent entries.
7. Prizes & Liability
Prizes are described in each promotion, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash except at our discretion. Winners are responsible for any taxes. You release MEALLDAY from any liability arising from participation or any prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This Contest is sponsored by MEALLDAY and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, or any other platform.
