Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your MEALLDAY gear. Some items are final sale for hygiene and other reasons.
1. Return Window
Request a return within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Requests after 14 days cannot be accepted.
2. Condition Requirements
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original resalable condition, and with all original tags attached.
3. Final Sale Items
For hygiene and other reasons, the following are FINAL SALE: underwear and undergarments (boxer briefs, jockstraps, briefs); socks; sale and discounted items; preorders; and accessories. The only exception is a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
4. How to Start a Return
Email support@meallday.com with your order number and the item(s). Do not send items back without contacting us first. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Use a trackable method.
5. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5-10 business days of approval. Original shipping is non-refundable.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact support@meallday.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.
7. Exchanges
Because drops are limited, we generally process eligible returns as a refund and invite you to reorder. For a specific size exchange, contact us and we will help where inventory allows.
8. International Orders & Contact
International customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs duties/taxes, which are non-refundable. Questions: support@meallday.com.
