Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of meallday.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from MEALLDAY. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase or create an account, and the information you provide must be accurate.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify support@meallday.com of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Products, Drops, and Availability

We sell apparel and undergarments, often in limited drops and preorders. Products may sell out or be discontinued without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, and discontinue products. Colors and prints may vary slightly from images.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are in US dollars unless stated and exclude taxes and shipping unless noted.
  • Prices in effect when you order apply to that order.
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe; you represent you are authorized to use the payment method.
  • We may cancel or refuse orders for suspected fraud, pricing/typo errors, or unauthorized activity, and will refund cancelled paid orders.
  • You are responsible for import duties, customs fees, or taxes on international orders.

5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping timelines are estimates. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. Underwear, undergarments, socks, sale items, preorders, and accessories are final sale.

6. Promotions and Contests

Promotions and contests, including “Who Wore It Best,” may have additional rules incorporated by reference; those rules control for that promotion where they conflict.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and all content, including the MEALLDAY and MAD names, logos, product designs, prints, graphics, text, and photographs, are owned by or licensed to MEALLDAY. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

8. User Content

Content you submit (reviews, photos, comments, contest entries) is governed by our UGC / Photo Release & Contest Rules. You represent you own or have rights to submit it and that it does not infringe any rights or violate law.

9. Prohibited Conduct

No unlawful/fraudulent use; no unauthorized commercial resale; no bots/scrapers or drop-hoarding; no disruption or unauthorized access; no IP infringement or malicious code; no harassment or false information.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MEALLDAY and its owners, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of North Carolina. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
