Copyright, DMCA, and Trademark Takedown Policy
Last updated: July 10, 2026
MEALLDAY respects intellectual property rights. This policy explains how to request removal of allegedly infringing material under the DMCA, 17 U.S.C. Section 512, and how to submit a trademark complaint. It applies to our own designs and prints and to user-submitted material such as contest photos and reviews.
1. Copyright Takedown Notice
Send our Designated Agent a written notice including: a signature of a person authorized to act for the owner; identification of the copyrighted work; identification and location (URL) of the infringing material; your contact information; a good-faith-belief statement; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner. Knowingly materially misrepresenting infringement may create liability under Section 512(f).
2. Our Response & Counter-Notice
We will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material and may notify the user. A user whose material was removed by mistake may send a Counter-Notice with their signature; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief of mistake; and their name, address, phone, consent to federal jurisdiction, and acceptance of service. We may restore the material in 10-14 business days unless the owner files a court action.
3. Repeat-Infringer Policy
We will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
4. Designated Copyright Agent
