International Privacy Addendum

International Privacy Addendum

Last updated: July 10, 2026

This Addendum supplements the MEALLDAY Privacy Policy for individuals outside the United States. Because MEALLDAY is US-based, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries, with appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Canada (PIPEDA / CPPA)

We collect, use, and disclose your information with consent except where permitted or required by law; you may withdraw consent (subject to legal/contractual limits), access your information, and request correction. Complaints: hello@meallday.com, then the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca) or your provincial regulator.

Australia (Privacy Act / APPs)

We collect information reasonably necessary for our functions, provide a means to opt out of direct marketing, and allow access and correction. We may disclose information overseas (including the US) under APP 8. Complaints: hello@meallday.com, then the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Brazil (LGPD)

We process data under LGPD legal bases including consent, contract performance, legal obligations, and legitimate interests. You have rights to confirmation, access, correction, anonymization/deletion, portability, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent, and may request review of automated decisions. Transfers use ANPD-recognized mechanisms. Complaints: hello@meallday.com, then the ANPD (gov.br/anpd).

UK / EEA & Other Countries

UK/EU GDPR rights in our Privacy Policy apply, with complaints to your local authority (UK: ico.org.uk). If you reside elsewhere, we still aim to handle your information consistently with local law: access, correction, deletion (subject to retention), objection/restriction, and withdrawal of consent. To exercise any right, contact hello@meallday.com.
