Anatomy of a Fit-Check
The 8-second structure behind the format that runs the fashion feed
Every fit-check that works follows a shape. Here's the structure we see over and over — and how to read it.
Hook (0-1s): the fit is already on screen — no intro, no 'hey guys'. Reveal (1-4s): a turn, a mirror, or a cut that shows the full silhouette. Detail (4-7s): one close-up on the piece that carries the fit — the jacket, the shoe, the layering trick. Loop (7-8s): the last frame rhymes with the first so it replays clean. Miss any of these and the fit reads flat even when the clothes are great.
