The rules of the MEALLDAY affiliate program. Joining or sharing your link means you agree to these.

What you earn

You earn a commission on the product value (after any discount, excluding shipping and tax) of every eligible order placed through your referral link. Your rate starts at 10% and climbs with your referred sales — up to 20% for top performers. Your current rate and tier are always shown in your dashboard.

How a sale is credited to you

When someone clicks your link, we tag their visit for 90 days. If they buy within that window, the sale is credited to you — even if they come back later to check out. Only one discount code applies per order, and your commission is calculated on what the customer actually paid.

When you get paid — the clearing period

Commission is earned when an order is placed, but only becomes payable after a hold period: 15 days after that order ships, once the return window has closed with no refund. Until then it shows as "pending" in your dashboard, then moves to "available."

We hold commission this way because our pieces carry a returns window and many are pre-orders that ship weeks after purchase. Counting from the ship date — not the order date — means we're not paying out on an order that could still come back.

Returns and refunds

If a referred order is returned, refunded, cancelled, or charged back, the commission on it is reversed. Because of the clearing period above, this almost always happens before the commission was ever paid to you. If a refund occurs after payout, the reversed amount is deducted from your next payout.

Getting your money

Set a payout method in your dashboard — PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or automatic bank payouts via Stripe. Available (cleared) earnings are paid out from there; pending earnings are not yet payable. There is no minimum, but we may batch small balances.

What's not allowed

• Buying through your own link for your own orders (self-referral).
• Bidding on MEALLDAY brand terms in paid search, or posing as an official MEALLDAY account.
• Posting your code on coupon/deal aggregator sites, or spamming it.
• False, misleading, or exaggerated claims about the products.
• Failing to disclose that you earn a commission — U.S. FTC rules require clear disclosure ("#ad", "affiliate link", "I earn a commission"). See our Affiliate Disclosure.

Breaking these can forfeit unpaid commission and end your participation.

Taxes

You're responsible for taxes on what you earn. If you're paid via Stripe and cross the U.S. reporting threshold, Stripe may issue you the appropriate tax form.

Changes and ending the program

We may update these terms, adjust rates, or end the program with reasonable notice. Already-cleared commission you've earned will still be paid. You can leave anytime.
