Payment details are processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

Information collected automatically: When you visit our site we automatically collect your IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, device type, operating system, and cookie data.

Information from third parties: We may receive information about you from third party services such as social media platforms, advertising networks, and analytics providers when you interact with our content on those platforms.

EU/UK residents (GDPR): You have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request erasure of your data, restrict processing of your data, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Our legal basis for processing your data is: contract performance for orders, legitimate interests for fraud prevention and site improvement, and consent for marketing communications. To exercise your GDPR rights email drops@meallday.com.

9. Children's privacy

Our site is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13 please contact us immediately at drops@meallday.com and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date and sending an email notification to registered customers. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of meallday.com and your purchase of products from MEALLDAY. By accessing our site or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Orders and pricing

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion including orders that appear fraudulent, contain errors in pricing, or exceed reasonable quantities. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

By placing an order you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent, the information you provide is accurate and complete, and you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

2. Payment and fraud prevention

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment information you authorize us to charge the full amount of your order.

We actively monitor for fraudulent orders. Chargebacks filed for orders that were legitimately fulfilled will be disputed vigorously. Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently banned from purchasing.

3. Shipping and delivery

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. MEALLDAY is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.

International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. MEALLDAY has no control over these charges.

4. Returns and refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items with original tags attached. All underwear is final sale for hygiene reasons. Sale items are final sale.

Refunds process within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Items returned in worn or damaged condition will not be refunded.

5. Preorders

Preorder items are charged at purchase. Ship dates are estimates. If a preorder is cancelled by MEALLDAY you receive a full refund. Customer cancellations within 7 days of ship date may incur a 10% restocking fee.

6. Intellectual property

All MEALLDAY content including the name, logo, Melt Collection designs, photography, and code is protected by US and international copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized use will be pursued legally.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use our site for unlawful purposes, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, scrape data, use bots, or engage in conduct that could damage MEALLDAY's reputation. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Our site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Product colors may vary slightly from screen due to monitor settings.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEALLDAY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MEALLDAY and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of our site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party rights.

11. Dispute resolution

Disputes shall first be attempted through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to class action lawsuits against MEALLDAY.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought in US federal or state courts.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

These Affiliate Program Terms govern your participation in the MEALLDAY Affiliate Program. By applying or participating you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and approval

Participation is subject to approval at our sole discretion. Applicants must be at least 18, have an active social media presence or website, and agree to these terms. Employees and immediate family of MEALLDAY are not eligible. We reserve the right to terminate any account at any time with or without cause.

2. Affiliate links and tracking

Upon approval you receive a unique referral code and link. You may only use your assigned link. You may not create unauthorized links, use link cloaking, or manipulate the tracking system.

Cookies track referrals for 30 days. MEALLDAY is not liable for untracked referrals due to technical issues or customer behavior outside our control.

3. Commission structure and payment

Standard 10%, Top Performer 15% (at $500 in referred sales), Brand Ambassador 20% (invitation only). Rates may change with 30 days notice.

Commissions are earned on completed, shipped, non-returned orders only. Self-referrals are prohibited and result in immediate termination without payment.

Payouts are monthly for balances of $25 or more. Affiliates are solely responsible for taxes on commissions earned.

4. Prohibited conduct

Violations result in immediate termination, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and potential legal action.

5. FTC disclosure requirements

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in every post, video, story, or content where your affiliate link appears using "#ad," "#sponsored," or "I earn a commission from this link." FTC compliance is your sole legal responsibility.

6. Brand guidelines

Use only approved marketing materials from your dashboard. Do not make price guarantees or availability promises beyond what is listed on our site. MEALLDAY may request removal of any content violating these guidelines within 48 hours.

7. Intellectual property license

MEALLDAY grants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use MEALLDAY trademarks and marketing materials solely for affiliate promotion. This license terminates immediately upon account termination.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time. Commissions on legitimate completed orders prior to termination will be paid at the next payout date. Fraudulent commissions are forfeited.

9. Limitation of liability

MEALLDAY's total liability to any affiliate shall not exceed total commissions paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost income from commission rate changes or program termination.
