# Meallday policies

## Shipping
Orders typically process in 2 to 5 business days, then ship in 3 to 7 business days. Pre-orders ship by the date shown on the product page.

## Returns
Apparel may be returned within 15 days, unworn and unwashed, by mail. Underwear and socks are final sale for hygiene reasons.
